JOBEE is an AI career platform designed for CV creation, profile assessment and virtual interviews, helping candidates and recruiters connect more effectively.
As Team Leader, I led market and content research, developed the initial content and brand direction, and coordinated a seven-member team during the demo website stage.
What I worked on
- Conducted market research, SWOT analysis, USP definition and target-user profiling.
- Developed the content strategy and brand direction for Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and the JOBEE demo website.
- Created content plans, KPIs and a Trello workflow; assigned tasks and monitored team progress.
- Consolidated user feedback during testing and helped refine feature messaging and the demo website experience.
